The Challenge
Anarock wanted to scale their B2B referral network by allowing thousands of independent real estate brokers to refer clients digitally.
They needed a bulletproof tracking infrastructure to ensure commissions were accurately attributed, fraud was prevented, and brokers had full transparency into the status of their referred leads.
Our Solution
We developed a proprietary server-to-server affiliate tracking engine using Node.js and PostgreSQL, capable of attributing multi-touch conversions securely.
We built a bespoke dashboard for brokers using React, giving them real-time visibility into clicks, lead qualification status, and payout schedules, fully synchronized with Anarock's internal ERP.
